We are a real-estate focused marketing agency in search of a Copywriter who can connect with our client’s customer base through multiple channels, both traditional and digital. In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating original blog content that drives traffic to websites, writing social media posts that boost engagement, and working with the account and design teams to create other marketing materials. We are looking for a candidate who is creative, innovative and able to easily pivot from one voice to another. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a collaborative environment and using data to make marketing decisions. ​


Your Role

  • Write monthly, high-engagement social media content for clients with various target audience demographics while staying up to date on trends and events in the individual markets
  • Review prior months performance of campaigns to continuously grow engagement
  • Maximize website traffic by writing bi-monthly blogs posts utilizing SEO keywords
  • Build and manage content calendars to ensure variety and no redundancy in SM and blog topics
  • Use market research to propose names and taglines for new brands
  • Write compiling headlines for digital ads with minimal information
  • Collaborate with Design and Account Management teams to develop a variety of marketing materials
  • Interpret creative direction and adapt points from creative briefs into persuasive copy concepts
  • Create content for internal B2B efforts
  • Produce error-free content and effectively proof your own work
  • Simultaneously manage multiple projects with short deadlines
  • Edit and proofread copy as needed
  • Source images and other content


Your Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in creative writing, journalism, English or related field preferred; or equivalent experience in marketing or communications
  • Proven experience in producing copy for digital and print channels
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
  • Strong research skills
  • Possess a creative and collaborative spirit
  • Be comfortable with communicating in a team setting
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office software, Google Drive platform, SEM Rush or other SEM tool
