Billy is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Threshold’s family of companies, including Threshold and PromoShak. With over 25 years of experience, he has created empathetic sales and marketing machines, delivered influential communications, and created order from chaos to move businesses forward. Entrepreneurial, influential, and financially savvy, he has delivered billions of dollars in leads and revenue to his clients.

Throughout Billy’s career, he has proven an innate ability to forge mutually beneficial relationships with stakeholders and build consensus by creating a compelling story around financial data/metrics in a way that commands listeners’ attention, earns people’s trust, and results in a thorough understanding of the path forward. In his current role as CEO at Threshold, the company has garnered many awards for its amazing creative work, being one of the fastest-growing companies in the US, and one of the fastest-growing agencies globally. In 2020, he was named one of the 40 over 40 recipients as one of the most talented and accomplished people transforming the United States advertising industry.

Billy prides himself on being a leader with a repeated history of success building, coaching, and mentoring strong, cohesive teams; championing change in fast-paced organizations, and quickly achieving profitability in previously unprofitable accounts/companies.

When Billy's not working he's: playing tennis or golf, traveling with his family, or grillin'.

Jen is a long-time Threshold employee, joining in 2014 after returning to her hometown, Austin, Texas. She has held multiple positions at Threshold, all of which have included working with each department to deliver projects to clients, fine-tuning processes between departments, and managing vendor relations.

Jen spearheaded the agency-wide Operations team, creating processes and structures that continue to contribute to the success of our workflow today. A member of our Senior Leadership Team since its inception in 2018, she’s a champion for Threshold’s culture initiatives, helping to craft and uphold our company values alongside the consistent development and growth of our internal agency culture. Jen’s passionate about making Threshold the best place her people have ever worked!

With a BFA in Studio Art, Jen’s focus is now fully on leading the Creative Department, which includes Client Success, Operations, Design, Copy/Brand Strategy, and Development. She’s the one ensuring Threshold is delivering the best possible work to our clients, all in an efficient manner.

When Jen's not working she's: making art, dancing to live music, in or on the water, or gardening.

Abby joined Threshold in 2019 as a Senior Client Success Manager responsible for strategically leading and growing a diverse portfolio of digital marketing and creative clients. As Abby delved deeper into digital marketing and analytics, her passion truly ignited. Today, she proudly leads the charge as Director of Digital Marketing.

Abby holds a B.S. in Communication Studies from the University of Texas at Austin (Hook ‘em Horns!). With over a decade of marketing experience, she’s become a go-to expert, specializing in real estate and financial institution marketing.

Abby and her team are focused on driving innovation in strategy and products, constantly pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in the digital landscape. Her data-driven mindset helps to translate data into actionable insights that drive results for our clients.

But what truly sets Abby apart is her knack for collaboration. Whether it’s working closely with her peers or partnering with our clients, she’s all about strengthening relationships and delivering unmatched digital success.

When Abby’s not working she’s: hiking, mountain biking, or catching up on a good TV show

Steve joined Threshold as Chief Operating Officer in early 2024. He enjoys working on work projects at the intersection of business operations, technology, and data analytics. Prior to joining Threshold, Steve was a managing director at a real estate private equity firm and held a number of leadership positions at a private equity-owned real estate operating company.

Steve has a Ph.D. in electrical engineering from the University of Michigan (Go Blue!) and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

When Steve’s not working, he is spending time with his dog Béla, practicing pilates, developing photos in his black and white film darkroom, and working to improve his cooking skills.
