the challenge.

In Chicago’s South Loop, 626 On The Park, a new development delivered by DAC Developments and managed by PeakMade, had to open its doors to three audiences at once: young professionals, families, and students.

The complication was in the pricing. The property offers 16 floor plans spanning studios, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom penthouses leased conventionally by the unit, as well as fully furnished four-bedroom suites leased by the private bedroom. Two pricing models, two mental models, one website. Get that wrong, and a renter bounces before they ever find the plan that fits them.

what we built.

Threshold built a high-performance website focused on effortless navigation and lifestyle-forward storytelling, putting the floor plan experience at the center because that is where the decision is actually made.

A highly customized, interactive floor plan integration cleanly segments traditional layouts from individual co-living bed spaces—Studio, 2 Bed, 3 Bed Penthouse, 4 Bed (Per Bed)—and renders each plan’s pricing in its native format: full-unit rates for conventional homes, per-bedroom rates for the furnished suites. Every plan carries its own Schedule a Tour and Lease Now, so a renter never has to back out to a generic contact form.

The site then pairs an amenity-forward gallery that translates the property’s premium features, such as the rooftop pool, the indoor rooftop basketball court, and the coworking lounge, into immediate digital engagement. Every custom web page was built mobile-first, with a full set of conversion paths: guest card, tour request, call, text, and email.

how it landed.

In its first reporting period, the site drew 47,859 new users and generated 1,659 key events, every one of them net new, with no prior-year baseline to build on.

The floor plan pages carried the load. The six most-viewed plans drew more than 3,000 views between them, and the mix is the proof point. Conventional layouts and a per-bed co-living plan both landed in the top five, which is exactly what the segmentation was built to do, letting each audience find its own product without wading through the other’s.

Those views turned into leasing activity: 1,068 guest cards, 215 account creations, 159 completed applications, 100 click-to-calls, 58 tour requests, and 59 email and text inquiries.

As of July 28, 2026, 626 On The Park is 44% pre-leased with lease-up still in motion.
