Threshold led a comprehensive brand development campaign for this new-start high-rise in College Station, TX. We began with naming and branding that highlighted the building’s bold amenities, amazing views, and exceptional floor plans, all while considering the Aggie community and devoted student body. Even better, we won a 2023 Student Housing Innovator Award for Best Name.
We then executed that branding across a custom website and landing pages, site signage, presentation center and leasing space design, social media profiles, brochures and collateral support, and overall promotion.
