Carve worked closely with Toronto’s Decade Group to create not only a new condo marketing strategy, but a new destination in Kitchener Waterloo called “Midtown.” Through the initial branding process, many names were considered, but the concept of midtown was tugging at everyone’s heart strings. From branding through to sales centre, sales tools and a strategic online marketing campaign to end users and investor streams, Midtown Lofts was boasting sales of 50% in the first couple months.
