Beginning with naming and branding, we leveraged the unique style of Austin, TX to create a brand that would resonate with University of Texas students and show them exactly what made Torre more in touch with student needs and wants than any of its competitors. Ten months prior to opening in 2021, Torre ranked in the Top 3 with the highest preleasing percentage in the market.
